By creating an account and playing OPAHREX you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The game

OPAHREX is a free browser-based multiplayer fishing game. Playing costs nothing and requires no wallet. We may change, pause or reset game content, balance and seasons as the game develops.

Your account

• One person, one account. Creating accounts in bulk to farm referrals or rewards is not allowed.
• Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or abuse other players.

Rewards and $OPAH

• In-game balances, including $OPAH, are part of the game. Season rules, reward tables and payout dates are published on the site and may be adjusted before a season starts.
• Rewards are not an investment, not a security, and carry no promise of profit or future value.
• Accounts found abusing the reward system lose their eligibility.

Referrals

Your referral link is tied to your account. Rewards for referrals are credited according to the season rules. Self-referrals, fake accounts and bought traffic are not counted.

Content and conduct

Keep chat and display names free of harassment, hate speech and illegal content. We may hide names or messages that break this.

Availability

The game is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may take the service down for maintenance or end it entirely.
